Average hotel, fine for the price. Need a car as this hotel is on the main road without the opportunity to walk anywhere. Service was excellent, everyone very friendly, breakfast better than many other Holiday Inns, shower was weak.

Holiday Inn Express Canterbury, an IHG Hotel
Staff were some of the best I have experienced. Very helpful, in every way possible. Restaurant was very nice, food freshly cooked and excellent. Hotel extra clean and rooms immaculate. Beds very comfortable. Parking right outside (although it costs £3) for 24 hours parking not sure why you have to pay to park on hotel but enjoyed my stay here very much.

Excellent hotel, great facilities. Superb staff... Nothing is too much for them. Good breakfast, well designed and clean room. Comfortable bed. Only fault is they charge more for their car park, which has more than enough room, is not likely to be used by anyone else and should either be included in the price of the room or dropped altogether. It's a paltry £3 a day. Just seems an odd thing to charge extra for. Otherwise most enjoyable stay and would certainly go back.

Holiday Inn Express Canterbury, an IHG Hotel
Hotel was excellent! Room was clean with large screen tv, staff were extremely attentive and efficient. Breakfast was far better than expected. Not just cereals, yoghurt, porridge, fruit compote, fresh fruit , juices, tea and coffee, but a hot buffet too. Sausages, bacon, hash browns, scrambled egg and baked beans. Had a very pleasant two nights stay and would thoroughly recommend.
