If your paying cash or card a word of warning to you they cannot refund u.I returned an item I ended up not needing and was told that's fine got there yes there happy to refund.But we have no way of doing it cannot do it with the card machine that took my moneys ok??Cannot do cash so let's do bank transfer cannot do that leave us with your card and bank account details and finance will do it nope they haven't coming on 3 weeks now
