Rubbish collection isn't the most exciting job in the world, but the customer service agents at first mile are always happy to help and really friendly. Rachel was thorough, friendly and efficient, couldn't ask for better service! Sometimes collections get missed and life doesn't always go to plan, but I always feel confident that after a quick phone call, someone at first mile will be on the case.

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT USE THEM! They are scamming people! They have issued an invoice for 04/2021 year when our business was closed since 2020. They are stating that they collected on 04/2021 25bags of waste, when the business is not even existed! Collected 25bags of what?? Pure lies!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Same experience as 4 months ago - missed collections, near impossible to get thru to customer service, and when you do, they promise the earth and deliver nothing. All the while, they seek out Green Awards, somehow blag their way thru them, whilst time and time again create an environmental nightmare on the streets. Shocking company. They're cheap, for sure, but now we know why.This week has been a nightmare - missed collections, 4 repeated promises of daily collections all for nothing - customer services bland response: it must be terribly frustrating" - now we have a weekend of other clubs visiting

*Updated review*A classic case of a poor service which was followed up by a complain online and a very attentive follow up to eradicate the review. Since a few weeks of bending over backwards to amend our review they have gone back to missed collections and false promises.First mile, you should maintain standards and not temporarily offer a decent service to have reviews amended.

Danni was great.We had a bin delivered that could not be found (These things happen). Danni located it at another address (we don't know why) and got back to me with a picture of the location. Bin found. Problem solved :-)Good service on this occasion

I would leave -100 stars if was an option.Many missed collection with false promises of been sorted on the day.Placed an order for bags and after 3 weeks still nothing. And called every day to enquire about it and always the same answer :tomorrow " ......Tomorrow this year or next?I asked a refound because I moved to someone else that can deliver what is promised and after more than a week I had to call back to find out that as not been put through.Let's see if next step will be a lawyer.Avoid

We have been using First Mile for a few years now and the service we have received has been great. There have been no issues with collections or with the ordering of any products and the collection services First Mile offer are really useful for businesses.
