Cavan Vets Oxley

I am a customer at Cavan Oxley but had to go to Cavan in Willenhall to have a scan on my 7 week old pup. In all honestly the service in the Willenhall branch is a lot better than Oxley, i do find the staff on reception are a bit snarky and snappy but in Willenhall they were pleasant and absolutely doted on my pup. Also just a shout out to the vet Adam thank you , you are an asset to Cavan Vets such care and attention and had genuine love for animals thank you Adam from Willenhall vets

Disgusted with them, nothing but money making! My mom brought her dog in knowing she was dying but wanted to make her more comfortable. She’s very old! This vet must of seen dollar signs when my mom walked in. Tell me why a dying dog needs an X-ray. Bloods ect and then to be charged £566 to be told to bring her back the next day to be charged another £200 to have her put to sleep!! All the stress they caused the dog has now resulted in her dying within minutes of getting home anyway. Left my mom distraught and £500 down. Not about the money but tell me why an old dog needs all these checks to be told they would put her to sleep anyway???

Got nothing but good words to say about this vets..from the happy times to the unfortunately the sad they are always compassionate and fairly priced.. now obviously I don't like visiting to often butafter being our vet for over 20 years I wouldn't take our beloved pets to anyone else..Thank Canva

I left the dog there for three hours and when I brought him home he was full of fleas

They r only there to make money if they cared my dog went for a health check and the vet decided to put him to sleep with no reason given

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! I was appalled by the way they treated my rabbit. He was grabbed around and dangled. He is a rescue rabbit and struggles with trusting people. And this vet was horrible. Very moody and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Will not be going back. Disgusted by this vets

Staff are amazing, support and how they look after our pets is second to none.

I homed my two cats from Cavan vets Oxley who were brought in as strays nearly 9 years ago. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and the vet Yanos is very good. Mike was also an excellent vet who is sadly no longer at the practice. The staff work hard in a very pressured environment and clearly care about their patients. Thank you all the staff at Cavan Oxley.

I have been going to Cavan Vets for over 9 years and have always been pleased with the service both my dogs have received. Over the last few months my dog Freddie developed a lump on his neck and Nathan the vet at the Oxley branch has been looking after him , he has had to try many things to find out what has caused the problem but I trusted him totally and believed he would do his best for my dog, we have had many appointments , Freddie has had a biopsy, a operation , had to have fluid drained , it has been a very worrying time but Freddie is doing really well and I would like to thank Nathan and the staff for looking after Freddie, for all you kindness and support you gave us . A very big thank you to you all . Susan Jones
