The lighting was not good in areas of the store, was really a great store with lots of new seasonal stock, I spent a while having a look but didn’t like the staff continually walking up to where i was and fiddle around with the stock in front of me - I found it rude, they could’ve waited until I moved along,

I love this shop. The staff are friendly and helpful. The clothes are fab, lots of styles, colours and fits. Handbags, shoes, scarves, hats. I spend far too long in this shop!

Great shop bought 2 jumpers there yesterday ,tryed to find a phone number as I’d tryed on anther jumper which I wanted to put away till I could get there ,dident want to drive from Milford haven and it had been sold ,just can’t find a phone number for them

I had a great experience in this shop in Carmarthen. The staff were so helpful, they took clothes to the fitting room while I continued to shop. One lady suggested that I try in a dress that I would never have chosen myself, and I ended up buying it as it looked lovely. Will definitely go back

The store in Carmarthen advertised everything in store at half price. I bought a dress for £29.95… so not too cheap. My family said it was too tight so I went to return it. I was told very firmly that there were NO returns on anything in the shop as they had their sale on. I asked for a credit note to get something else and the assistant kept pointing to a sign that said no sales items can be returned… I asked again why I couldn’t have a credit note and was told basically to go away as this was not their policy. I did alert others in the shop to the fact that they should BEWARE when buying here… NOTHING can be returned and you will not get a credit note. Appallingly bad customer service and definitely not clear that there is an absolute NIL return not even a credit note. I intend to advise all of my friends of this stores policy and will NEVER go through the door again. If you go in watch out… Caveat Emptor !!!

I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this shop over priced No cash refunds just a credit note that you have to use within 4 weeks one staff member rude is a understatement gives you attitude all mouth if you want to change the item purchased from there its no no no

A fabulous shopping experience today as 2 ladies serving in this shop were the most helpful I have had in many a year .They were friendly and helpful without being pushy .One was the standing Manager and the other was new I think as the 'manager' was showing her how to do something on the till .I will certainly go there again .

The receipt for my item did not state that you cannot return purchases. I explained that the sleeves were too tight and the assistant told me 'they shouldn't be' She was quite rude. I was eventually told that I could exchange for something else in the shop. After paying extra for a hat and gloves that I didnt need I discovered that the receipt I was given was just for the extra £5 and not a full receipt for the item therefore had anything been wrong there would be no come back. The receipt was just shoved at me in an offensive manner and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I wish I had read the reviews of people with similar experiences before entering that shop.

Never never heard staff talk to customers in such a rude and abusive manner I wouldn’t ever purchase items from that shop it’s all low quality goods

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS STOREWILL NOT RETURN FAULTY ITEMS. YOU DONT EXPECT TO PAY OVER A £100 FOR A COAT THAT HAS NOT LASTED MORE THAN ONE MONTH.INTIMIDATING AND APPALLING ATTITUDE ON THE STAFF.No wonder they have the reviews that they do
