Despite living in London we decided to head to Chichester as the response from Timothy Roe jewellers to our original enquiry immediately gave us a sense of confidence in their abilities and service. This was not misplaced as throughout the consultation and design process Chris acted as a genuinely invested partner, providing guidance or opinions when needed without pressure or judgement and always respecting our vision. Each time we visited he always had time for us and we never felt rushed, even during the multiple minor design adjustments. There was clear communication throughout and we really appreciated the CAD renderings of different angles which helped bring to life our quite complicated ideas before manufacturing even began. And of course we are both extremely happy with the final product, exactly what we wanted.

Timothy Roe has been our “Go to” Jewellers for several years but this was the 1st bespoke piece we had commissioned. The gold bangle pictured has been engraved by hand to a standard that you would have thought was only achievable by a machine, we were absolutely amazed with the quality of the finished item.TR you really have created a stunning piece and you have been a pleasure to deal with.Thank You.Mary & Neil

Excellent communication, design and final product!A good friend recommended Timothy Roe to redo my son’s engagement ring after a nightmare experience with another local jeweller who “lost” 2 inherited natural Alexandrite for the original ring design and replaced them with low quality sapphires.Thankfully my father (an retired gemstone supplier) had some more natural Alexandrite gemstones, although not a matching pair. Timothy was very compassionate about my previous experience and was amazingly reassuring throughout the whole process with lots of communication and paperwork and pictures to reassure me that he would take care of the new gemstones. He took time to go over various designs and options to use what Alexandrite were available to try and keep as much to the original design/idea that we wanted for the engagement ring. I have a very happy future daughter-in-law who was finally able to see the the magic of these incredible colour changing Alexandrite. Timothy Roe set them to compliment the central Aquamarine, so that the Alexandrite colours reflect through the Aqua which is exactly what I had asked of the first jeweller. Timothy Roe were able to bring the idea to life. I cannot thank them enough!! You have restored my faith in jewellers! ❤️

Not sure how to start this review! Timothy Roe have been superb with me, I enquired about a bespoke engagement ring after having less than pleasant experiences elsewhere. I was immediately impressed with the service provided and was so until the ring was complete.They made sure they stayed well within my (tight) budget and made something I think looks incredible.A special thanks to Chris for designing the absolutely stunning ring.Honestly if you're on the fence, go and visit Timothy Roe and have a chat with them and they'll wow you. :)10/10Added some photos of the ring as it's worth a thousand words.

Myself and my fiancé had quite a tight time frame to get our rings and Timothy Roe were incredible! We booked an appointment to get my engagement ring and our wedding bands.They were so accommodating, to the point where I chose my engagement ring and I was able to pick it up on the same day. They have a team in the shop who are able to work on the jewellery in a couple of hours.The shop assistant Grace was so nice and friendly and provided such great customer service.

We had another excellent experience at Timothy Roe Jewellery who created this wedding band from my fiancés' Mummy's jewellery, who is sadly no longer with us. The design was ours but their master goldsmith and stone setter brought the design to life which totally exceeded our expectations. We can't recommend Timothy Roe Jewellery enough, thanks again :)

We had an absolutely delightful experience with Dan Roe and the whole time at Timothy Roe Fine Jewellery. They took such care to ensure our ring was the ring of our dreams. Not only did they do beautiful work on the ring, but they were so gracious and generous in discussing designs with us and making sure we understood all of the options. I couldn't have imagined a better experience. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

I live in Derbyshire and had searched online for ages looking for an unusual platinum diamond ring and I came across this jewellers purely by chance. I saw a ring on the website and following several e mail conversations with Dan Roe decided to have a new ring made in my size rather than resize the original one .The advice given was second to none and after seeing examples of their amazing work I was sure I would be happy with my choice. I also asked if my plain platinum wedding ring could be engraved with a scroll pattern to compliment the scroll detail on the ring . Dan said it was possible and all I can say is a huge thank you to Tim Roe for completing the work , it is beautiful. The whole process went so smoothly, everyone I spoke to on the telephone was so nice .I really couldn’t have found a better experience anywhere.

Highly recommend - some lovely unique pieces of jewellery, and recently had some jewellery made to my own design and Chris did a great job of interpreting my sketchy drawings and turning them into something special. Mel, Dan and - sorry don't know everyone's name!, but all so helpful and keen to ensure you are happy.
