Run of the mill experience really. Staff behind the drivers reception desk occasionally look up but totally blank the waiting driver for ten minutes. Gave me the feeling I was a necessary evil.The lads on the fork lifts however totally made up for this as they were cheerful helpful and friendly. They took less time to load me than the office staff took to acknowledge me.
