Very pleased with my new felt roof. Excellent work.

Called and left a message to request service to fix a leaking roof. No call back received. Eventually found a company willing to take on the work.

so i contacted this company and they said they could do the job patch it up, i thought this would be just after quote they agreed a day and didn,t turn up no message or call i contacted them and we agreed the next day. now concedering they didnt turn up the day before i would think they would phone on way, however they didn't and i had to go out, anyway they came around my daughter answered she phoned me i asked to be put on to the builder 3 times i got told he didnt need to speak to me i found this rude i would of phoned them direct but due to circumstances i couldn't anyway they patched up even though i needed a price for landlord first this beening the reason i needed to speak to them when i text the guy to say i was a little unhappy and suggested it could next time be done s little better but we are where we are and i like the quote unfountantly he said i was rude for complaining this waas after again contacting him as he had not done the quote by the time frame he said he suggested i would complain about the quote amount and told me he wouldnt do it i found him tottal unproffesional and extremely poor customer service on many fronts
