Worse surgery in Luton I guess. Appointment line open at 8am and started ringing since 8am at the dot. Eventually connected at 8.08am but after talking to reception at 8.14 they saying no appointments left for the day. Requesting me to go 111 for appointment. If you can’t give appointments what is the point of registering people at your surgery. Same case pretty much all the time trying to book appointments when needed. Looks like an another scam of government fund.

2 weeks in a row I've have tryed ti call nowone pick up the phone!!!

It took 2 weeks to get an appointment for test results. On the day of the appointment, I was told to wait the entire day by my phone for a call from the doctor. I waited from 8am to 17.30 and gave up... I decided to go for a shower... I came out of the shower and saw a missed call at 17.44... I called back the next day, they told me to call back in 3 days to try to get another appointment. It will be 1 month after I took the test...

The worst surgery across South East England, as far as I know. No accountability, don't bother to listen, no replies to emails, doctors work like a robot (eg. IF chest pain" then "acidity"). There were many occasions I went to A&E and got treated

By far one of the worst! I am absolutely disappointed there will be no appointments that are available. You wait forever on the line for them to say the same thing that they tell everyone else. I actually agree with others also who have given poor reviews because this is serious. It is actually worrying to see how careless they are and I dont even see why this surgery is still open? It does not even deserve 1 star.

It WAS a good doctor surgery but since Dr zaidi has left 4 to 5yrs ago it went really down hill the surgery has been closed for nearly 2 years due to leaks so we have to travel to Wigmore to get there I also had a severe rash the Dr diagnosed me over the phone he gave me aqueous cream well it made it worse I had a severe reaction to this treatment and now I'm left with scars all over my body. You can't get appointments EVER and if u do get one it's always on the phone useless

Never have appointmentsMy mental health nurse hasnt rang me in A YEAR. FOR ALL THEY KNOW I COULD BE DEAD. AWFUL SERVICE. I need Physiotherapy and no one ever picks up im a uni student that has placements at the hospital how am i supposed to ring at 8am for same day appointments and cancel my shift if i dont even know if they will give me an appointment or not.

Phone at 8am for telephone appointment but can't get through, so keep trying and if lucky enough to eventually speak to a receptionist all appointments are booked up, and told to ring next day. This can go on for days, weeks. I truly believe they hope patients will just go away to shrivel up and die somewhere, we wouldn't keep pestering them to speak to a doctor, or even a nurse, then. They really don't care.

Don't even deserve 1 star, its atrocious level of service. I have just spent over an hour and over 20 calls trying to get through all the time with a message from a doctor and then it just cuts you off. When you do get through theres a surprise no appointments available. They do not even have the facility to pre book appointments which is disgraceful especially if you work. Surely it is more important for people to get advice from doctors now as we are all being told to look after ourselves.i do not feel it is appropriate for receptionists to tell people their test results are abnormal and then tell you you are not able to speak to a doctor. There system does not work and they do not care.

It is so hard to get an appointment. I call at 8am and the automated voice always says the reception team is busy please call again later. I call multiple times but no success of getting a response. I am so desperate for medical help but without a GP appointment, there is nothing I can do. My medical issue is quite serious. If I fall severely ill then I will hold the surgery partly response for making it difficult to get an appointment. I am literally in tears because of the fact that I really need medical help
