Luxury Nails Leytonstone

First time visit yesterday. Didn’t book but they happily squeezed me in. Fab service, friendly helpful staff and probably the best gel polish I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back.

Great service will definitely be making this my regular place, I have short natural nails, and that's how I like them, and they took great care to do exactly what I asked for.

I was very pleased to see a new nail salon open in Leytonstone and Luxury nails did not disappoint. The staff are very welcoming and hospitable. They are constantly checking and asking if you're happy with the work and make you feel comfortable if you want make changes. The prices are very reasonable, compared to the other salons. The staff are very accommodating and receptive of requests. I wouldn't go anywhere else and definitely highly recommend this salon to everyone.

Not pleased with the outcome, one of their trainees did my nails and they turned out uneven and the quality of the nail polish isn’t very good.On the other hand the atmosphere in the salon is quite nice and the staff try to make customers feel welcome.

I been to this place twice, once when it was a treat for my birthday so I could splurge. I did both mani and pedi, the guy who did my pedi was awesome. I think the men in that shop are nicer than the woman. So moving on to my manicure, the first time I was happy with the outcome, and the lady doing my nails was super nice ( I think it's because I was spending a lot of money) I was so happy I went back the second time, but this time I was treated like a second class citizen because I think I wasn't spending that much, changed my mind to not have shellac and their attitude changed instantly. The guy who did my pedicure was lovely, same as last time whether I chose shellac or normal colour. But the lady started giving me attitude after I changed my mind from shellac when I felt uncomfortable because they kept on pushing for me to have shellac. Her attitude got pissy and she stopped paying any attention to me and focused on other customers who were having shellac or gel, (spending more money). On top of that they only accept cash, which business in this day and age only accepts cash. Food for thought. It's safe to say I won't ever be returning after that encounter I had with them (some of the ladies in there) who are so extremely forceful with upselling their service to make more money.

After going to the same nail shop for 3 years, I was a bit reluctant to try anywhere new, but I was having an issue trying to get an appointment.I decided to try luxury nails because they’d had a lot of good reviews and I am so glad I did! Ivy and Vee were so lovely and welcoming and took great care of my nails! I would highly recommend luxury nails!I will definitely be returning! Thank you ❤️

Third time using this salon for my eldely Mum. First time excellent. The second time was just ok. Third time today was very poor. Pedicure was no good manicure average. Plus they made a sarcastic comment towards my elderly 91 year old mother when she was struggling to understand what they were asking her to do. Very poor service for £40

So lovely and accommodating! Really impressed by how natural my acrylic nails look. Anna took time to ensure I was happy and I will definitely be coming back. Chloe is a lovely host too.
