I was quoted £500 to put the contents of my flat into storage, but ended up paying over £1000 because they couldn’t quite fit everything into the van they provided. The people provided were very nice, but didn’t take great care of my belongings. I won’t use them again, and I suggest you don’t either

THAY CHEATED ME ON £120 !!I booked the disposal of two sofas five minutes after I transferred money to their account , it turned out that my landlord had taken the sofas already so I called to cancel the reservation. They said it’s no problem they will transfer my money back. I called them more then 10 times over two weeks they where avoiding me saying refund takes 5 to 8 days. After two weeks they said I am no tilted to refund because the “contractors” policy says as soon as you transfer the money they can’t refund even if you don’t need them to take away anything anymore WOW I try to find out what is the name of the “contractors” they couldn’t tell me and couldn’t provide any information about phone number or email! Now it’s difficult get money back even through the bank because all the conversation was over the phone so I don’t have anything in writing. I won’t give up because £120 it’s a lot of money! Just because on them!!!
