Truly awful customer service from a so called manager today in Bow Street Mall, she couldn't be less helpful if she tried when I was trying to enquire about sizes for trainers. Shouldn't be working with members of the public or in retail.

Went to purchase some football wear for my son, second floor struggled find any staff to help out, 2nd floor fitting rooms used as storage rooms therfore not be used for customers, had to go to a lower floor, one room open, next one filled with boxes. Overall the floors full of dirt and dust, definitely a while ago cleaned. Very Dissapointing exp. Will never come back.

My wife and mother-in-law, who happen to be from Argentina, were served by highly aggressive, rude and unhelpful staff (including someone masquerading as a ‘manager) at the Lisburn store today simply because they tried to use an international credit card.We will never shop with Sports Direct again in any shape or form for the rest of our lives.Absolutely disgusting with behaviour could easily be interpreted as racism.

Was in shopping yesterday (23-4-2022) and an absolute pleasure to have come across “Neil” who took care of a family member, and folded over in half to help in all avenues and questions. Left the shop feeling overwhelmed with his customer service.

Friendly n helpful staff. Bow St Mall is a bit cramped n they Game in with them as well.The 1 on the Boucher rd is much bigger n carrys more, n diff, stock

Seems the whole ground floor is mens and women’s and kids have a small section each upstairs with not a great range.There is also a GAME store tucked away in the corner upstairs as well. Seems a bit random and has no idea it was there.
