CareCo Milton Keynes

I attended Care Co on 23 August 2023. To purchase a scooter. I was greeted with a lovely hello by the staff and Chloe asked if I needed any help. I found Chloe very knowledgeable about the item that I wanted to purchase.. she explained everything that I needed to know and also helped me find the right scooter for my needs. Chloe has a lovely personality and a really great repertoire with customers. I'm really glad that I took the time to attend your shop and would definitely recommend you to others.

Great customer service from Craig in Milton Keynes. He helped us choose the perfect wheelchair for my Nan and nothing was too much bother. Answered all of our questions and showed us everything we needed to know regarding the chair we’ve chosen. Thank you so much for making it an easy and friendly experience :)

We arrived at the showroom and were greeted by Paula, and we indicated we were just browsing. We proceeded to look around and try several chairs , after a while Paula on seeing that we were discussing things amongst ourselves, can across and asked if she could assist with any questions we had about the chair we were considering. Paula gave us a detailed narrative on the chair operation, its capability and demonstrated the control handset. This greatly assisted us in deciding on our purchase and the subsequent process of ordering the chair was seamless and smooth. We are looking forward to receiving our chair soon and thank you Paula for being such a great help

Excellent customer service. Chloe listened carefully to our requirements, and offered several options with pros and cons of each. Plenty of time and space given to make a decision.

Lovely showroom with easy access to a wide range of mobility equipment, scooters and walkers. Great staff, very helpful, with good advice on options and costs. Just what we needed to make the right decisions on what’s best for our use.

We visited to look at the mobility scooters for my wife and were seen by the delightful Chloe who guided us through the options. She was clearly very knowledgable and also understood not only my wife's needs but my own physical capabilities and was soon able to narrow down the most practical options. After a trial run around the store and then the car park we felt that, with her expert help we had found the best model for my wife's needs with no hard sell" Thank you Chloe."

I took my Mum to look at mobility scooters at CareCo MK.We were assisted by a lovely assistant named Chloe, not only was she extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, she made my Mum feel very confident in choosing a scooter that suited her needs.The whole experience was so easy and it was a pleasure to be served by Chloe.I'd also like to mention a 2nd colleague Craig who again was so helpful when we needed help with access to wi fi.They are both very confident and helpful and a total credit to fabulous customer service. This was my second visit first one to check out the chairs second one with my elderly mother who tried the chair .The new starter Chloe was great left us to try , explained a things to us , and informed us of delivery time .Went through the order and we left throughly satisfied in our purchase .I am in sales myself and chole was lovely, first class service thank you .

Chloe was all smiles and ready to help as soon as we walked through the door. We weren't sure if we wanted a power chair or scooter but she demonstrated, dismantled and everything else that helped us make the right choice.
