Payed for next day delivery and my items didn’t arrive. Got told they will actually arrive 4 days after I ordered. Not offered an apology and if I want a refund for the next day delivery I was charged, I’ve been told it’s my job to email them and chase it up myself.Have used Silmid frequently in the past but think I’ll look elsewhere next time.

The company is class. Very efficient. Fantastic service. That Alan who works in the warehouse has to be on a par as best employee for sure such is his work skills. Disappointed to hear Alan has now left the company!!

Ordered EC-3524 based on a 30 day leadtime quoted. Nearly 1 year from ordering and payment still haven't received the item and next to no commination or customer service from Silmid. I would avoid ordering anything on a leadtime and stick to stock items only. Very poor service and bad experience.

Arrived as requested between 09:15 & 09:30hrs. After waiting 45mins finally received goods i went to pick up. Apart from the waiting the staff were friendly and kept me informed.
