I had an amazing experience and actually a 5-star service in Andrew Mulvenna hair salon! I did The Cut and blow-dry with the most talented hair stylist Christoper. He is very friendly and he made me feel very spoiled during my visit. He did the exact thing that was in my mind. He is fast and has a strong attention to detail. He’s the best hair stylist that i have tried and people in Belfast are very lucky to have him.

Chris was fantastic. I really appreciated his attention to detail & understanding of my request. He was highly attentive during my time at the salon & explained each process with care. It was such a pleasure and I would gladly visit the salon again for Chris’ expertise.The massage chairs at the wash station was such a treat too.

I desperately needed a moment to myself to relax, have someone wash my hair and make me feel beautiful after having a couple things go wrong while traveling. Penny and the team at Andrew Mulvenna made me feel welcome and comfortable. I got to put my feet up (literally on a stool while getting my hair washed with a scalp treatment), and drink a cup of tea while getting my hair styled the way I wanted. Penny, if you see this I'm moving to Belfast next summer so I'll see you again soon! Thank you for taking care of me last month and thanks for the blow out!

Chris is absolutely amazing. I have just had my second appointment with him and the difference in my hair is unbelievable.He takes time to explain what he's doing and how it will benefit my hair.I will deffiently be sticking with him.The salon and other staff are all lovely.

I've heard of Andrew Mulvenna's reputation and I've been looking for a good salon since I moved back home.Well, from that moment on, the service, experience and client relationship journey was quite frankly extraordinary. In fact, it was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I've had while in a salon.My stylist Chloe was the most professional, personable and loveliest person, a true gem! Her manner, communication skills and creativity was remarkable, in my opinion.Her attention to detail, enthusiasm and knowledge was exemplary. I have worked in luxury retail for many years in London and managed accounts for several VIP clients - this is the level of service I would expect from my colleagues and team members across the globe.A massive well done and congratulations to Chloe herself and to those who have trained her. I believe training of course supports us, but the best customer service is built into us, our personalities and the way we are. It's something you can't train, it's natural.I'm absolutely over the moon with my haircut, its easily the best I've ever had and I've had many compliments.Truly exceptional service I can't recommend highly enough!

Got my hair cut and styled by Adam one of the senior stylist at Andrew Mulvenna. Highly skilled stylist with a great personality. Adam corrected an even hair cut previously done by someone else. End result was a fabulous haircut beautifully blow dried. I would highly recommend Adam. 5 stars all the way.
