Had a cut here when I visited Merthyr. Excellent job. Very nice shop, clean and friendly. Well priced too.

Went in there today for a haircut and beard trim,. after attempting to trim my own hair and beard ( neck and cheek line very tricky to get absolutely right) found the shop clean and tidy. Very friendly and professional staff. Result very happy with haircut and beard trim. Well definitely use again.

Took my 2 year old in for a haircut and I’m bloody traumatised. All was going well at first, had a 1 front and back, trimmed the front. But he said he was done when the front was still past his eyebrows so I asked for a little bit shorter. And he went right upto the hairline and just snipped once straight across.My kid looks like he’s a rough one that actually lives in merthyr right now. Looks like he’s gonna mug your grandma walking down the street, looks like he’s gonna do life in prison. Feel like he’s vandalised my poor child. Moral of the story. GO NEXT DOOR.

Awsome haircut. Great friendly staff. There is a good Turkish barber in my street ut I'd rather drive miles to this one

Excellent decor, slick and modern, the staff are very efficient and provide an excellent service. For the first time in my life I also opted for a shave with a cutthroat razor. Every customer gets a fresh blade and, following a lot of preparation to the face, ended up with the smoothest shave I've had in my life. This place is very popular, particularly with the younger generation. It's worth every penny.

Very disappointed with our last visit to darko's, was the final nail in the coffin and our last time there. We've been going there for years but after the last cuts I've had and my boy's had, we sadly won't be returning. Gave the benifit of the doubt once or twice as we all have our off days but my boys last cut did it for us. nothing like what we showed and asked for even supplied a pic to follow. One very gutted little boy to deal with now so hopefully it grows back soon. Hope that thier skills improve soon or more will follow and pic somewhere else

Very good service and they do really good hairstyles and cuts. They are really helpful and friendly but most of all they are gentle cutting and styling there not rough it's just a nice smooth job
