Wonderful few days away to just chill and enjoy the surroundings.Excellent accommodation and the breakfasts were heaven.Perfect location and the staff very helpful and polite.We would certainly recommend.Many thanks again. Hope to stay again when in Norfolk.

Lovely location and service but a place this good should be serving better than pod coffee and afternoon teas that are average/adequate . They need barista coffee and to up their game food wise hence 2 starsWent away disappointed . Used to be much better quality when privately ownedUpdate: As my coffee was replaced and staff admitted it shouldn't have been served as it was , pod machine playing up"

We went to Congham Hall for a relaxing 50th birthday, the spa and treatments were excellent. Our main focus is nearly always the food and it was exceptional. I had the crispy pork belly served with a succulent pork loin with all the extra parts to the dish that compliment it perfectly along with the precision cooking which condensed / highlighted the flavours. Breakfast was impeccable, I had the full English with a perfectly cooked / runny poached egg and black pudding that should be given an award. A lovely time away from our busy lives, Total indulgence and spot on friendly accommodating staff.Thank you for a lovely memorable stay.

Today l had a trio of treatments at the Secret Garden Spa, my therapist was Clare, who l can personally recommend very highly, Clare gave me a superb back massage, it has worked wonders in relieving tension and stress, followed by a facial, my first which was so relaxing, the final treatment was a head massage, which left me feeling completely relaxed. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, and l would urge anyone choosing a treatment to try this treatment trio! Thank you Clare you are exceptional.

Went to the Congham Hall Hotel today for Afternoon Tea and it was amazing and very special. It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and a surprise for my wife. I would just like to thank all the staff and the head chef who we met on our walk around the lovely gardens for all their care and attention we received today it was very professional and friendly. The hotel is amazing with lovely grounds and very peaceful a great escape from everyday life. We both would love to come back and we will to sample more of the hospitality we received today. So please pass on our kind thanks for making our day so special.

Afternoon tea at Congham Hall very good. It was my birthday and got a card and a candle in one of the cakes, all nice little touches. Told them we hated mustard on sandwiches when we booked and they happily made sure they made sandwiches without mustard. Highly recommend.

We booked afternoon tea for the family. The presentation of the food was wonderful with a tasty, creative selection of both plain and delicious lavender scones, savoury sandwiches, pots of coffee and loose tea. The portions are plentiful and provided in a beautiful setting. Many venues are offering ‘cream tea’ but few execute it in such a friendly and thoughtful way as Congham.

Went here for an afternoon tea as part of a team building event at work. We had a few people with unusual dietary requirements, which were catered for perfectly.We had a private room which was beautiful, and staff were very attentive but not overly so. Food was divine, very fresh and tasty. It's tucked away down a driveway, but sits in its own beautiful grounds. It was a lovely afternoon and I would definitely recommend.

Congham Hall never fails to amaze us! We just celebrated our thirty-first wedding anniversary there and it was absolutely wonderful. It's the perfect location for a special occasion or to simply unwind and relax. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to visit.
