Very disappointed with Popes. I made offers that were clearly not passed on to the sellers and I had to chase to find out what was going on. Overall I would not recommend or use Popes in the future. There are much better estate agents in Looe.

Very abrupt & unprofessional way of treating people .No continuity & cancel on you 30 minutes before viewing despite setting off on a long drive to Looe then having to do a U turn .Dissapointing to say the least .

They went above and beyond and provide regular updates and alwayre replied to your messages and chase up on your behalf. The team work as one and they make you feel valued.
