David was very knowledgeable, proactive and efficient. Helped that he came highly recommended, and straight off the bat he was great with myself (the seller) and buyers, always ensuring that dialogue and communication between all parties was on the ball. Especially nice touch was the attention to detail the listing description was given and the photographer he employs really made sure he had the best shots, these extra touches meant that I was left feeling that the house was marketed at its true potential. I have to say that the lengths that David Mills has gone to both professionally and personally has been extraordinary. Having been in the business for over two decades David’s knowledge is immense, however it is his personal touch and attention to detail that makes him a standout Estate Agent. From the very first email to the handing over of keys David did an unbelievable amount of work in guiding our house through the sale process.
