Bought an Epiphone Zenith over the phone from Alex at the store. 11/10 service, had it shipped and arrived in less than 24 hours and I couldn’t be happier! Great store and awesome guys, kept me updated with great communication. Would definitely buy from again.

Popped in for some plectrums for my lad. Nice sized shop with the usual and more unusual instruments available. Staff seemed friendly and polite too.

Fantastic shop at highly competitive prices. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a keyboard and got plenty of excellent advice. Glad, we bought “local” rather than on the internet, as the personal assistance is priceless. We will come back. Many thanks!

The shop has a wide range of instruments and musical products on veiw. I was trying to find a set of Lap steel guitar strings in a particular tuning. They did not have sets in stock but we're extremely helpful. A full set were provided by the salesman who found out the string gauges required and assembled the set from individual strings that they had available. Will certainly be visiting again.

Visited the Lincoln store with my dad yesterday and had a chat with Alex, he very easily sold me my first guitar a beautiful red and black Gretsch, he sealed the deal by playing it exceptionally well!I want to pass on my thanks to Alex and the music room for being so friendly and accommodating!

This has got to be the friendliest music store I've ever visited, and I've visited a lot! The guys were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. And there was no sales pressure as I tried out a few impressive Taylor acoustics. Well worth a visit!

Good selection of instruments but make sure you check them over well before buying. Three I saw (all over £1000) had slight body damage with no indication of this on the tag or price. Not something you want to see at all.Prices are also a little higher than other shops but they are really the only dedicated music shop in Lincoln so little competition around.Very good selection of accessories including books, strings, cable etc but once again pricey.

I live locally and use this regularly.Not only does it have a decent range of supplies, I have always found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and are real musicians themselves.
