Highly Recommend. I went to Charlie recently to source me a particular car (A Range Rover Sport) and he was beyond helpful. He sourced me the exact model and spec that I wanted, arranged all the transport back to NI and delivered the car to my home. Helpful, reliable and professional. Will definitely go to him again in the future

Arranged to pick up a car and paid deposit of £200 which was stated clearly that this was fully refundable. Unfortunately whoever was in charge of getting the car ready got unfortunately got Covid and wasn’t able to get the car to me on the agreed dates. I understood this and was happy to pick the car up the next week. I constantly rang the next week and was either ignored or for or it would be the next day. I understand covid is unpredictable but I would’ve preferred being told that there’s no timescale.I waited the whole week to pick it up and eventually had to back out of the deal on the Friday as I needed the car on Saturday so I text the dealer to let them know I was going with a different car. Later that day I got a text telling me the car was ready all of a sudden but by this point I’d already collected the new car.I then asked for my £200 deposit to be returned which has not happened. The dealer reads my messages about it but takes no further action.

I went to Charlie to purchase my first ever car, I was not disappointed! Charlie went above and beyond for me to help me pick and find my perfect car! Nothing was too much trouble and he made what I thought would be a scary first time experience very pleasant and enjoyable! I love my new car and will definitely be back in the distant future and will highly Recommend to friends and family! 10/10

I bought a fantastic car today for a great and Charlie couldn't have been more helpful. A great customer service and made the whole experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be returning in the future. Get round and have a look at the selection of cars you wont be disappointed.

Excellent client service. When I bought my car the MOT appointment was booked (paid by them) for 2 months later but it didn't pass. I brought it back from Belfast on a Saturday, and the car was fixed and MOT done, all free of charge, on the following Wednesday. On top of that I had planned to take the bus to go back home but the bus station is a good 15-minute drive away, so they drove me there, and came to get me when I came back for the car.

Brilliant customer service, just bought a car off Charlie and would have no issue buying another car off him again, maybe leave it a couple of years first though so I can enjoy this one!David6 month review:Can confirm Ross Park Motors after sales is good as well as Charlie was very helpful regarding the fault the car had, a battery which needed replacing, obviously something that can go wrong in any car.

Very happy with my experience. You can tell that Charlie takes a lot of pride in his cars from talking to him and from how clean my car was - it was like a new car. It smelt fresh as well and there wasn't an air freshner hanging on the inside. Got 12 months MOT and my own mechanic says that everything is well with the car. Thanks Charlie.

Absolutely delighted with Charlie and Ross Park Motors. He was super helpful and gave me a very fair trade in price. Charlie is friendly straight talking and a gentleman. I viewed the car on a day it was raining, which can hide a multitude of sins, however Charlie went out of his way to show me a very small mark which wouldn’t have been visible with car covered in water, so I was fully aware of what I was getting. He put the car through MOT before collection which was brilliant, it was new car clean and smelling ( no car car air freshener covering up smells) so I’d definitely recommend and will be back if I ever need another.

Great experience at Ross park motors. Charlie was able to find me a car that was suited to me he was very helpful and went above and beyond! Couldn’t recommend Ross park motors enough!! Love my new car and will definitely be back again in the future!

Stay away, give it a wide berth.Thanks for your reply but it did take seven weeks and a visit to your office to finally get the promised work carried out.
