My go to spot every friday. The sisters who work there are really friendly and are always smiling. 5* service all the time. Food is also fresh as they are always busy when i go there. A lot of variety of foods to choose. Loving there new dessert options they have introduced. Today got the oreo and lotus dessert pots... really tasty. But the go to is 100% the samosa chaat and the mango lassi, its to die for.

1st time visit last week the food was nice and fresh spinach chicken curry, sweet rice,samosa and seek kebab was tasty great price aswel defo coming back see you soon guys

Customer service could do with some improvement. The lady serving this afternoon (06/ june) should say hello or salam to the customer first. It's called common courtesy.Also mathi that hasn't sold on the day of production, should be reduced and sold at the end of the day .nobody wants stale food

was sold outdated cake and savory snack - some were given to guest which is very embarrassing. not happy with customer service once i complained. should not be selling outdated food even at a reduced price - will be complaining to council / food safety.

Just bought a mix of Savouries here, the lady in the shop was helpful and polite and the Bhajis and Samosas were great and well priced. Will visit again soon.

What an awful customer service! I usually don’t write reviews but the owner should know- whoever the lady is serving customers is utterly rude and disrespectful. Me and my husband went there yesterday to get some sweets, she didn’t listen to what we were ordering she packed a box and I politely asked to add something else to the box to which she said it’s already packed and gave the other sweets at an additional charge.I am not even bothered about how much we paid, but the way she behaved! Defo needs to learn some mannerisms. She started gossiping with the other lady probably in a different language which my husband knew whilst we were waiting for our order. Not to forget, she was mocking us for some weird reasons, so unprofessional! Never going there again!!!

Usually come once/twice a month but sadly won’t be returning after yesterdays problem. Me and my partner got a large amount of food at 7pm ish, whilst eating I found a long hair in my food, then seconds later my partner found a long hair in his food, picked his fork out and found a white animal hair on the fork?! We don’t have any animals. Never had a problem until now and absolutely loved the food from here :( just under £20 of food worth straight in the bin.

All food and desserts are tasty, fresh and reasonably priced. The shop is beautifully fitted, clean and the service is absolutely amazing. The ladies who work there have brilliant work ethics, great customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommended.
