I would like to thank Westley for the empathy he showed when I took my old boy Ty to be cremated. He explained the process to me clearly and calmly at a time when I was extremely upset and this was a great help. The service was prompt and I collected Ty's ashes twenty four hours later with a lovely card from Westley and family. Once again thank you, and if anybody else finds themselves in the same horrible situation I could not recommend WJW pet cremation enough.

I cannot thank Wesley and Natalie for the care and compassion they showed to our family following the loss of our lovely dog Owain.They made a very difficult time easier to bare, for which we are so very grateful. A very professional service provided throughout.

Thank you for being so kind, caring and compassionate when our beautiful rabbit Pringle passed away. You explained everything well, you didn’t judge our crying and you gave us time to say our goodbyes. The ashes came in a lovely box with a letter of condolences. A time in a pet owner’s life you never want to happen but with people like you (that are clearly animal lovers) to help with the final journey it helps a lot. Thank you again

Absolutely devastated to be having to use WJW again, but the compassion and professionalism shown by Wes and Natalie was first class. Dropped our girl off at 2pm and she was back in our house by 9am the next morning.Don't be put off by thinking this would cost 3 times more than what the vets charge you. It is very well priced and you get the comfort that your pet isn't stored in a freezer until they do a mass collection and you get a box of ashes that aren't all your pets.Thanks again for taking care of Boo

Could not recommend WJW enough. Our beloved Sally was treated with so much care and compassion and both Natalie & Westley couldn’t have been more lovely throughout! It was so pleasing to know Sally was being cremated on the same day as she passed away and that we could collect her ashes the next day. She was returned in a simple yet lovely box and was treated so respectfully. So happy we chose WJW with the cremation of our dog. The process was explained explicitly clearly and I knew we’d chosen one of the best services around.Thank you both SO much! ❤️

We lost our little girl Jessie unexpectedly, I called Westley and he was lovely, we agreed a time that same evening and took our little girl to him. His empathy and professionalism was outstanding, he explained everything and was so dignified with Jessie. I got a message from Natalie the next morning to say Jessie was ready to collect, upon meeting Natalie I can only reiterate the empathy and professionalism shown by her.Westley and Natalie have a beautiful peaceful place, the perfect surroundings to say goodbye to your pet.I would recommend them to everybody that has to say goodbye to their fur babies.Thank you so muchCarol and Gary Smith

I have now used WJW Pet Cremation Services for both of my cats on two separate occasions. Natalie and Wesley were so kind and helpful and caring, and treated them both with dignity. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Both Westley and Natalie (along with their joyous lab) provided an outstanding service and comfort. Being on hand when others were not they understand that life and loosing a member of the family doesn’t happen Monday - Friday. The process was quick, dignified and personal - just right for Oscar Bear and what he deserved. Took a while to write this but heck they were wonderful. Incredibly grateful!

Highly recommended, they give your loving dog the best send of possible. They provided a high level of professionalism while being very sensitive and reassuring. Made me feel very comfortable while I was going through an difficult time. Couldn't thank them enough.
