I instructed GLjtech to help with an issue I had with my laptop. In short, it kept getting a blue screen of death and wouldn’t allow me to do any work on it.Initially was quoted for diagnostics, which was fine. Diagnostics then identified the issue as corruption on the hard disk and I was quoted a price to repair. I asked GLjtech if repairing this would repair the laptop and I was told it will fix it.Fast forward a week later (after I had paid for the repair) and the issue returns. I take the laptop back and find that the cause of the issue was not identified in the initial diagnostics, which was disappointing since I had paid for the initial diagnostics and subsequent ‘repair’.Ultimately, the issue was with the processor, which is costly to repair and I am better off paying for a new laptop. Whilst Matt at GLjtech was very nice and knowledgeable, I am disappointed that the issue was not identified during the initial diagnostics. I was subsequently charged £65 for the initial repair and am very upset that despite being assured this would fix the issue, the issue persisted.

GLjtech replaced my glass back on my OnePlus phone and it's as good as new. I've then bought a lovely case to protect the phone in the future

Had my laptop for more than 2 months, returned it dirty with broken/missing part of plastic. When I mentioned it he was lying he has received laptop in this shape. NOT TRUE!Found fault but didn't repair it, blaming parts supplier. I do understand there might be problem this days but communication is a key! holding it for so long I would expect it to be repaired!NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE AT ALL.

Matt has been great, contacted GLJ tech to get some quotes on a few repairs came to the house to assess everything before sending the quote. They’ve completed the repairs and have kept us informed of every step. 5* customer service.Will gladly use again in the future.

Matt has had our 2 chromebooks for 5 weeks. They had cracked screens and have come back worse than when he received them and one now won't turn on. Strange thing he said they were fixed and he wouldn't charge us as he took so long. Clearly no work had been done on them in 5 weeks. Reporting to trading standardsUpdate on review. Unfortunately both chromebooks have been written off due to damage caused and as Matt doesn't respond on any social media or phone calls we aren't able to resolve this. Thankfully trading standards have taken this seriously.
