Paul James Blinds

Awful service and company to deal with. 5 months to get shutters fitted. One blind replaced three times for quality issues. Holes made in walls left unrepaired. Rude staff, denying any issues when asked to resolve. Shutters are incorrectly fitted and have to be dragged across the floor. They are saying that this is our fault as our floor is uneven and will charge extra to come and refit them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We have just used Paul James Blinds to fit 3 roman blinds in our bathrooms. Professional and responsive from start to finish, they were happy to source fabrics I had already identified from fabric houses online and the fitter was super speedy at fitting them, leaving no mess whatsoever. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you guys!

Just had a mix of vertical, Roman and roller blinds installed.An absolute pleasure from first contact to fitting. Paul spent time listening to our requirements and Andy fitted them perfectly. Would certainly recommend this company.

Review of Paul James Blinds. We had our new dining room blackout roller blinds from Paul James blinds fitted in September. Paul: Poor Paul actually came out to our house a total of three times as we kept prevaricating and couldn't make up our minds what we wanted! Every time he came he was friendly, patient and helpful. Dawn: Every time I spoke to Dawn on the phone she was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Andy the fitter: Extremely friendly, efficient and professional. Great service from Paul James,had alittle confusion over colours,but they sorted it with no hassle,&very accommodating with regards to fitting in around my work commitments. Will definitely use again&happy to recommend the company.
