OMG what can i say about this place, i am so grateful to the wonderful staff there .After a filling at my own dentist where the dentist filled my tooth over a bad infection that left me needing hospital treatment for 2 lots of the strongest antibiotics i then rang 111 as my face swelled to over twice normal size and had excruciating pain. 111 contacted Newstead house dental clinic who rang me back within the hour and got me in within a few hours. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and welcoming but the dentist and dental assistant were absolutely amazing. They were so kind and considerate and were very shocked at how badly swollen my face was due to the infection spreading all over my face. The dentist a lovely woman immediately said the quickest treatment was to cut my gum to release the infection. She did this so gently and expertly and within 5 minutes my face was lots less swollen and painfull. My relief was apparant as i burst into tears on leaving the building. Im still taking the rest of the course of antibiotics but hopefully this will clear the last bit of swelling and tenderness in my gum.I cannot thank the staff enough they are wonderful, kind and caring❤️

Take money as soon as you walk in. The older woman who is supposedly a dentist shows zero interest in your problem. Needed a tooth extracted but told they don't have time in case the tooth breaks as its only a 10 minute appointment! Complete waste of time and money and by far the rudest most useless dentist ive ever visited. Go home and take some painkillers wa about the sum of it. Great thanks

I was referred to Night Dental for an emergency appointment for my wisdom tooth. The morning of my appointment I woke up to a voicemail from the receptionist who did not say where she was calling from, who the message was for, or what time the appointment was and said that I had to bring the fee for my appointment in exact change without a reason. She also said to return her call but was calling from a private number. After arriving I asked the receptionist about it and she replied that she shouldn't have to give those details because I should already have them from the referral and that they don't normally call a lot of people. I paid for the appointment and was finally seen about 40 minutes later. I was experiencing pain as my tooth was growing in and had some swelling. The dentist took one look and said that they can't do anything about it. She told me that I should just take painkillers and when asked if they would at least consider taking an x-ray to see if it was impacted, she said that there was no point. Fast forward a week, my face had swelled to about twice the size and I had to pay to get another emergency appointment, luckily at another practice, where I was given antibiotics and referred to have surgery to remove the tooth in the new year. I cannot reflect on the treatment quality at this practice, as I did not receive any, but in terms of customer service I would highly recommend seeking another one.

I was sent here to have a tooth removed as an emergency. Masks were available on the entrance as well as hand sanitiser. Guy on the reception was friendly and professional and I didn't wait long before my name was called to go into surgery.The two ladies in the surgery room were again professional and did their jobs to the highest of standards. My options were provided and I decided that removal of the tooth was the best idea. My tooth was removed quickly and as painlessly as possible, a huge relief from the pain I was in before it was extracted!If you are in similar pain with a bad tooth, you are good hands here.

My 7 year old SEN child was seen today by your dentist Esther , she was a totally lovely woman who I just had to leave a review to make you aware how patient and caring she was to my child. Never known anyone like her.

Couldn't fault anyone. We came twice. The receptionist put my daughter at ease both times. The dentist was so lovely and put us at ease too. I have a phobia of dentists but genuinely they made it an OK experience.

Went there on 29/08/22 as was the earliest emergency appointment available. They took payment soon as I walked in.When got called in by Indian lady she was polite but didn't have a clue what she was doing.She looked at my tooth and instantly said we need to refer you to a specialist as she might not be able to remove the tooth.Nearly a week later still waiting so will be going for a refund and go through the whole process of calling 111 again.ALTOUGH THE DENTIST BEEN THERE YEARS.THEY ARE ALL NEW STAFF.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I never give 5 stars but they made lemonade from lemons. Dentist was late and I had become infected but they got the job done right. Problems happen it's how you deal with them and these ladies made it happen for me. Removed the tooth pain is gone.i have a private dentist that messed me about and left me in pain and suffering Horbury dental in case anyone cares. The price is right too only 23 quid. Thank you very much.

Worst experience ever. Takes money as soon as you walk in cause they know they wouldn't get a penny after the visit!! The older woman who's is a dentis" lol. Gave me the same filling I could got of amazon. I told her about my symptoms that it's not just a broken tooth but also other issue that looks a lot like infection(won't put all the details) she sat me down and was done in less then 3 minutes and half the filling is on my gums with a big lump sticking out and rubbing against my inner cheek. She was arrogant and in all honesty was not interested in what was wrong with my tooth just wanted my out as soon as I came in. I made her swear I'm terrified and she laughed it of. Joke and wasted time out my work to do something I was able to do myself at home. Maybe it's time to retire?"

Carolina is AMAZING! So calming and reassuring, both her and Jo put me at ease and made me feel cared for, also helped out with my little boy…just fantastic thank you x
