Fantastic workshop, fixed my wonky rubbing rotors. Gave loads of advice and help while in town. Very good selection of bits and super friendly.

Gleaming shop toppers with quality stuff, guys and gals inside are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even went right out of his way to lend me stuff for the day as they didn’t have what I needed. If i need owt again I’ll wait to get it here as I’d genuinely rather give these guys the business.

Excellent service from Gordo and Co. I hired a Specialized Creo SL e-Gravel bike to do the 88km TourO the Borders 2023. I weigh 110 kg (16+stone) so not the lightest. I set the Assist on the 2nd setting for the first half of the route to the bottom of The Wall of Talla, a rather steep climb, when I switched it to the full power setting. I averaged 15.4 mph, 3hrs 24 mins and returned the bike with one bar left on the battery, the range extender battery was not used. The bike is really well built and balanced a joy to ride, indeed more comfortable than my own Genesis Croix de Fer, and that’s saying something.Thanks to Gordo and the team.Best wishes Kevin Lynch

Outstanding friendly service from start to finish. I hired an e-bike for the day and from the get go the staff were on the ball . I was professionally fitted for the bike - weight checked (with backpack) the whole time adhering to covid restrictions. The bike itself Specialized Turbo Levo SL was outstanding and was fully prepped for a day in the hills, even fitted with a range extender!Kerry and Scouse were brilliant and were genuinely interested in where I'd got to and how I got on. I will definitely go back for further hires and for servicing, spares and accessories..

I’ve been doing a lo g trip on my bicycle and I came to this bike shop. They really good and they helped right away. They went above and beyond, excellent service.

Great friendly bike shop with some stunning bikes and gear! Dropped in to see about some stuck bolts I had on the bike. Despite being the end of the day and it being really busy, the mechanic helped problem solve ways to get the bolts out and sorted it. It was a really awkward job and took some time to figure out. Really pleased and meant I could ride the next day!

I hired an Enduro to ride Golfie for the day. Great service and advise from the shop crew. Bike was great with no problems at all. Highly recommend.

I mistakenly thought the hire price was high - but it was worth every $ (or £). Friendly helpful place. Their bikes at top shelf equipment. The best bikes you could hire.Had the most brilliant ride up the bike paths to Eddleston (lunch at the Horseshoe) then over the hills through Lynne Station.

FRIENDLY. A didn't buy anything but went in to look at the bikes. The staff were super friendly and more than happy to chat to me about the bikes etc. The sign of a good shop. I would definitely go back there.

I had a wheel repair booked online for 2 days after we arrived on holiday. I called into the shop on our day of arrival and was told to bring it in first thing the next day. Job done the same day which meant an extra day's riding for my lad - result! All staff are friendly and really helpful with advice about the bike and local trails. The prices are good as well. Overall, I can't fault them - probably the best bike shop I've used in my opinion. Brilliant.
