If I could give this zero stars I would worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had missing more than half my order and didn’t realise until I was home as we ordered it on the app and had still waited 25 minutes to receive our order won’t be back to this restaurant as it was that bad

Horrific . 15 mins to get from drive thru order point to payment window. Another 10 mins to collection window . Then 4 out of 5 meals wrong . Chips cold . No sauce or dips that we asked for with order when we got home. Horrible experience from start to finish

Newly opened and clearly staffing issues and a lack of or poor training. Complete disaster from beginning to end - cold food and item missing, drinks sat for so long the ice had melted, no straws, no ketchup, no napkins and staff just looking at each other. No one expects it to be perfect at the start but using paying customers as guinea pigs is unfair.Close it down, get it sorted and reopen. Simple.

Order placed through the drive thru , get home and no cheese dippers share box , got the sauce but eh , £6.79 out of pocket as won’t be driving the 6 miles round trip to complain and the phone don’t answer.Checked by FF or RR 1963
