Graeme carried out a level 3 survey for us prior to the purchase of our new home. His report was very detailed and made us aware of a number of major issues in the property that meant we managed to renegotiate a lower offer with the seller. Graeme has been absolutely fantastic, we instructed Graeme to carry out a level 2 home survey on a propery in Southport, I had spoken to Graeme prior to instructing and felt confident with his local knowledge.We were surprised with the level of detail in his report, probably in parts going into more detail then a level 2 would warrant. His charges for these are very competitive considering the amount of detail ie: descriptions, photos , details and the lengths of investigating areas in our opinion other surveyors to not pick up in equivalent reports which we have had numerous reports to make a educated comparison.
