Used to be lush but went downhill like most places in shields. Hair cooked into pizza didn't help.

Just sat round the table with my family, to enjoy some fabulous food delivered from Hot Bitez in South Shields. Ordered Margarita pizza, and Garlic bread Supreme. In a different league from any other takeaway experience. Food was piping hot with amazing flavours. Delivered with a smile. Thanks from all of us happy punters.

Nothing hot about this!!! Nearly an hour and a half for delivery, I called the shop and they didn't seem to be sure of the whereabouts of the food. It arrived about 20 minutes later. Lukewarm at best. Food was ok in taste but overall not good communication and cold food!

I got a spicy chicken pizza and was blown away. The dough was perfect and fresh the chicken was spicy and very tasty along with the splashes of green chilli and generous amounts of cheese. Best pizza in town

Great food and delivery service, as always!A lot of trust put in at the moment in hoping hygiene is extra vigilant so please, please keep on top of this :)Also, I hope the delivery drivers get paid a good bonus in times like these. Thank you and stay safe!

Nope!! Been a massive fan of Hot Bitez for years. It simply had the best pizza in town, but today I ordered food and it was 2 hours late. 3hrs total from order to delivery. When I rang twice to find out where the food was they said 10 minutes....I got it 85 mins later. Inbetween this time I couldn't get through on the phone to cancel my order. The food was cold and the tasteless. It was like eating cardboard with cheese on top. If your a fan I recommend going into the shop to get your food. As for me they've lost a customer.....it's a shame really
