We have recently visited Harpenden branch and could not be happier with the service. Very friendly staff, helped with getting the right size and had everything we needed in stock. They cater for wide selection of local schools and also Brownies, so we can get everything in one place.

Had a great experience buying everything for my daughter who is about to start year 7. The lady that was helping us - literally couldn't have been more helpful. Visited today with my son to get him kitted out for Secondary School. Caitlin looked after us and was brilliant. She was so friendly and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Beats Harpenden for uniform shopping. 5 stars ⭐️

I'll be honest, I was not looking forward to school uniform with my youngest son. However, the staff in the store were brilliant with him, and the whole experience was really easy and actually quite enjoyable. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely return for school uniform in the future.

Getting my son’s new uniform could not have been easier! We visited the Harpenden shop this week and we were served by Georgie who was so knowledgeable and helpful. He’s often quite shy in situations like this, but was put at ease throughout by all the staff. Great service!

We visited the Harpenden store on Saturday 5th August. We’d made an appointment in advance, which was a really easy process and the email confirmation was thorough and detailed. My daughter and her friend were both getting uniform together so we were in the shop a long time! The service from Guy in particular was really great, he was patient and informative when asked about sizing and also allowing them to try various sizing. Some things were not in stock and the order process was easy. Having the laminated uniform requirements printed for the school allowed us to be sure we had all we need. The whole team were friendly and made a stressful experience enjoyable! We would absolutely recommend the Harpenden shop with 5 stars across the board.

Really lovely helpful lady in the shop today, running up and down the stairs to get different sizes, offering us lots of options and making my daughter feel very proud of her new RPS uniform! Everything in stock except one item which was efficiently ordered. Thanks so much

I’ve been using Beats since I moved to Harpenden this time 5 years ago, not just for school supplies but for wellies and gifts too ! Staff are lovely, efficient and knowledgeable. The quality of the clothes is great! (In comparison to uniform I’ve bought elsewhere the Beats clothes win hands down - washing well & retaining their shape and colour)
