Alex has sorted out my heating fault promptly despite having to send for parts. In addition he was presentable and polite and I would recommend him to anyone. To put this in perspective I ran a group of over 35 field service engineers for 40yrs so have some experience !

Wow! If Alex is the thin tall chap who drives a grey transit and wears a t-shirt displaying Bentwater plumbing logo I definitely wouldn’t let him near my house let alone my plumbing. Having nearly rammed my car today when I exited the kerb having pulled over to let a flashing ambulance pass and then jeered gleefully at me I would be very concerned that he would show the same level of carelessness and disregard to his work as he does to other road users!

Under no circumstance should you use Bentwaters Heating. Alex attended our property to perform an annual gas safety inspection after the new CO detector laws came into force.On the gas safety certificate he marked N/A to all related CO detector boxes and did not mention anything to us about it.We went months without one fitted and it was only after the boiler developed a leak and another attending plumber asked where the CO detector was did we find out about this serious omission by Bentwaters.You have been warned.

An excellent job. Came in good time and fixed my central heating. A difficult one as 2 items had gone wrong at once but he was able to work that out and replace the offending items. I strongly recommend Alex. Ignore the one star rating.
