Myself and my partner with her kids checked out the place a week ago and even tho we only went in to look around to see the fish etc was truly amazing experience for the kids, with the touch of paying £1 for a small pot of food to feed the koi carp was amazing.We will return for sure with the kids again because they utterly had a great time there.When I was walking around the shop, it was very clean smelling and visually plus when seeing the staff working for their customers they seemed very friendly & happy to help when called upon.Great job all round and will be returning to see the fishes soon.

Thanks all the guys at Maidenhead. I had my Fishtank stand replaced yesterday they come into my home , very well organised change it over and looked after the fish very well. Totally professional they were they were absolutely brilliant . I will continue to use them for all my aquarium needs .

Fantastic service from Mike in Ferring store. Our pond was very green and he suggested our UV light needed replacing. We couldn't get the cover off the bulb so took it to him - removed and replaced in about three seconds. The pond was supposed to take two weeks to clear from the cloudy green murk - it was clear by Thursday! We will certainly be going back and asking for his help and expertise again.
