Sixteen A Dental Care

Been waiting for this dentist practice to get back to me to register as an NHS patient for nearly a year,despite calling in at least once,have still received no response.Hope their dentist is better than their practice manager.

My child has always had bad teeth and going under long term treatment for to be sorted, on our last visit the dentist decided to call social services on me as a parent for neglect even though my children are very well looked after, very happy and your average 4 year old boy and I've never even had any dealings with social services in my life.The dentist did not check my child's previous records to find out this was an on going problem we have had always kept up with his appointments so if you do have a child that does have problems with their teeth please be careful that you may get safe guarded.

I’ve visited 16A Dental Care 3 times now over the past few months for different treatments and the service have been absolutely brilliant, faultless infact.Dr Ali took his time to explain what has happened to my teeth and what options I have on any work being carried out.My previous dentist (Swadlincote Dental Practice) wasn’t anywhere near as informative as these guys and they also had a rather rude receptionist when I spoke to them.I would recommend 16A DENTAL CARE to anyone and especially to someone who is nervous of going to a dentist.

Really impressed with this practice. After being told our previous dentist were cancelling NHS memberships I called many practices, 16A being the only one which had spaces. 2 weeks after filling in the online form I was contacted and had an appointment within the week.Having had painful experiences in the past I am quite nervous of dental treatment, however the dentist was great at putting me at ease, and what had been a painful failed procedure at my previous practice was carried out easily here with little discomfort. Would definitely recommend.

Went to the densist 8th august 2023Are you sure he is a densist, just kept putting xray pads in my mouth, which was making me heave and hurting my gums, he could not do it after so many in my mouth , came away again still with toothache, he said if i went to alexander densist they have a machine, l would have to pay, alexander are still waiting for the referral form, they are rubbish, rubbish, thanks toothace and broken tooth

Going to the dentist can be a very stressful situation for me. I'm also on the autism spectrum which can make communication difficult.My past experiences with dentists has always been that I've not felt listened, the impression I get is they have already diagnosed the problem before you've walked through the door then ignore half the things you tell them, in the past things haven't been properly addressed which has lead to further issues down the line.Today I had an appointment with Tim and Amelia and it was the best appointment I've ever had! Genuinely felt heard, really felt like they were listening to what I was saying. I've left feeling really possitive and will ensure my future appointments are with the same people.Would definitely recommend these 2 to anyone who has struggled with dentists in the past it if you have general anxiety about the dentists.

I rate sixteen A Dentist 5* PlusAbsolutely amazing .my girl 10 year old was seen by not one but two dentist's.They were very good with my daughter and eased her fears(and mine).My daughter had to have 3 teeth’s removed but they just removed one tooth to make her comfortable For next timeOne tooth was removed, I don't think she even knew.Very gentle dentist.!The ladies on reception were fabulousDental assistant was truly great.Thank you all so much

I tried to register with this surgery. It only took 4 months for the manager to ring me back. After I finally registered, few weeks later I needed an emergency appointment as my tooth cracked and I was in a lot of pain. When I rang the surgery, I was told by very unsympathetic receptionist that I have to wait for 6 weeks until after my first appointment to have the emergency appointment. I was left in pain. I sent a message to the surgery to complain but no one bothered to get back to me. This surgery is not interested in helping their patients. Even if you do eventually get through to them or they get back to you after 4 months, they are not willing to help people or treat patients. I am very disappointed with the whole experience. I definitely would not recommend Sixteen A Dental Care in Swadlincote to anyone looking for dental care as they simply don't care!

Been with sixteen A for 5 or more years.They have cancelled my appointments numerous times even twice on the same day 2 minutes before my appointment as I’m walking in the building.Ive mist 2 appointments this year both to having covid.Today they told me I’m no longer a customer of theirs.I run my own business and couldn’t imagine treating my clients, the way they have treated me.
