I received an excellent service, right through from browsing without pressure in the showroom, to being given great help and advice in answer to my questions, and then having my bedroom carpet fitted perfectly. I thoroughly recommend this family-owned business, which really looks after its customers.

Fist time I visited carpet warehouse and I was pleased with the service I got. Extremely helpful in the shop, without high pressure selling, was able to walk round and brouse. Ordered carpet for stairs and flooring for kitchen & utility. The fitting & quality of product was excellent. Highly recommend carpet warehouse.

Where to start - Dropped a need on Gemma last minute, she did everything she could to accomodate us. We had a time sensitive issue, no promises were made but Gemma said she would do what she could. And did she Deliver. Great quality carpet, fantastic price and fitted quickly, professionally and with great care by Tom. All while we had a baby! Thanks to the guys at Carpet Warehouse wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Thetford carpet warehouse have just moved to a new location, personally the old location was easier to find. Its tucked away and next door to a rival carpet warehouse but this could prove to be a good sales move. The new warehouse is well laid out with lots of variation of stock. The staff were very knowledgeable and offered an excellent customer service experience. Great value for money with a good selection of lower budget prices aswell as mid and higher end. Its well worth a visit

Would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could….. Absolutely brilliant service from Gemma and the team , a great choice of carpets to choose from and an excellent professional service from the fitter .Wouldn’t go anywhere else local for carpets ….Very Highly recommended!!
