We have bought a mattress online but when delivered next day realised it wasn’t the right product for us. We have contacted customer service and also went to the shop (what we should have done in the first place). We have opted for another mattress more suitable. The staff in the shop and the customer service agent have made every effort to help us to find a solution that’s suits both sides. It’s not the mistakes someone makes but how they are being dealt with that matters. This sets you apart from the rest. Thank you all for your support and also your great sense of humour. :-) you scousers are a lovely bunch of people. We will be back

Attended the showroom in Aintree today to look at ottoman beds. I found the sales staff were excellent and informative. We were assisted by Dylan who was polite, helpful and knowledgeable and showed us our options. The choices and options for beds and headboards are numerous and with the assistance of Dylan we ordered our ottoman and matching headboard. The process was trouble free and we are really pleased with our choice. Great service from Dylan , who is a real credit to the company and handled our requests without any problems. Looking forward to getting our bed next week.

Be very careful got a bed from there ....thay did not tell me about the car park ...when I come back off holiday a nice 60 pound fine from using there car park ..for a costumer ...so do not use there car park..

Even 1 star is too much for theseI ordered a bed with delivery timeline 3 days. After 2 days received an email that they didn't have the bed in stock. I changed my order with a bed they said they had in stock.The delivery time then changed to 3 weeks. I emailed again saying if it's not delivered on the original date when ordered, I'm cancelling the order. So I did. Was told will get refund in 2- working days.I did get my money back after a week and after I opened a case on PayPal.Absolute joke.

Excellent company...visited showroom and received attentive, but not pushy sales advice from assistant, Alison. She listened carefully to what we wanted and the huge choice of fabrics exceeded our expectations. We were regularly updated on timings and the service of removing our old beds and making up new beds was executed with good humour and speed. An issue post delivery was dealt with courtesy and professionalism settling our concern with knowledge. Louise, Jack Alison Craig are all a credit to the company. Thank you!
