Smiles Dental Practice

I've got nothing but praise for the dentists here, Tanya and Ken are aces at what they do, and Tanya is especially gentle and compassionate. I can't imagine visiting another practise, my family and I have been coming here for years and I feel lucky for it!

I've been using smile dentist for years now. Ken is brilliant. He came out on Christmas Eve when my own dentist would see me after some work he'd done went wrong. Ken saved Christmas for me and I've not been to another dentist.

I just want to say what an excellent service I received at Smiles Dental practice. I rang up with raging toothache to ask for an emergency appointment. I was a bit flustered because of the pain but the receptionist was very patient with me and booked me in for the next day. I saw Dr Sanaz who is always excellent, was given medication and was referred on for treatment. I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff at the practice.

A few weeks back my daughter suffered a trauma to the mouth and when I had no returned calls from my current dentist I lost all hope. But Tanya and the team at Smiles acted so quickly so made my daughter feel super comfortable. As soon as they are taking on new adults I'll be moving my whole family here. I'd recommend to absolutely anyone. Thanks again guys!

Terrible service - previously registered with them (as are my wife & kids) but due to work commitments hadn’t been for a couple of years so without notice they’ve unregistered me! I only found this out by trying to book an emergency appointment as a filling THEY PUT IN has come out - only to be refused an appointment!!!! Disgusting - have registered with an alternative local dentist who actually care about BH residents... avoid Smiles like the plague.

Such a pity the Manager, Shirley Tse isn't a more reasonable & understanding person :(I Registered and yes, hands up due to some unavoidable personal issues (delayed house move clash & elderly disabled Father with serious heart condition!) I unintentionally missed my Appt.I did not get a Text Reminder (although I was told I did?!) and of course that would have served as a 'welcome prompt' to perhaps re-arrange but I do also understand it was my responsibility.I therefore offered to pay for the missed Appt but was told of the 'One Strike & Your Out' Rule. However, I was then asked and encouraged to write direct to Ms Tse which I did. I was genuinely very apologetic, ate a huge slice of humble pie and again offered to pay and would be very grateful for 2nd Chance.I then had to wait for the 'No Way Hose ... 'One Strike & Your Out' Letter so, clearly 'someone' was out to simply waste my time which I felt was really rather mean mined and churlish given I was happy to ensure the 'SMILE' Dental Practice was not out of pocket.Very disappointing and rather unprofessional and sounds more like a 'SAD' Dental Practise to me ... :(

Took my elderly and disabled father to have his first appointment in over 5 years. It took the receptionist a while to help us in the door and when she did, was unable to smile or utter a greeting.The pleasantries continued until we were ushered into see the dentist and her assistant. Both were welcoming, friendly, caring and highly professional.What a stark contrast to the receptionist who I would highly recommend attend further training in just being nice

I would like to thank Smiles Dental Practice but especially my Dentist Sanaz, who is the most caring, friendliest Dentist I have ever met. I hate having any dental treatments and she always puts my mind at rest, carries out the treatments in the most gentle, reassuring way and is the happiest Dentist ever! My husband and I previously were terrified of the dentist. My husband had not been for many many years. We saw Tanya who not only put us straight at ease, was so gentle with an amazing bedside manner, we both relaxed. To the point both of us are no longer scared and happy to put our trust in Tanya at Smiles Dental Practice.Very impressed, you really do have the magic touch. Thankyou Tanya!
