Graham was great through out our mortgage process. He was approachable and responded promptly, keeping us informed. He explained the options to us and was able to answer or questions. He also organised insurances for us and again explained the options and did not try to sell us anything we were not looking for. I don't often write reviews but Sammie was fantastic in every aspect of securing a mortgage and home insurance for our first property. I really appreciated the speed in which Sammie advised and applied for the mortgage on our behalf, the fact that she was so responsive to my many questions and how she was always checking in and keeping us updated. Very accommodating and always looking for the best deal.I had a successful move and despite a morgage provider hiccup, Richard was on hand, escalating when required for us, when an issue come up to ensure it all got sorted.
