The UK's leading supplier of EPoS hardware and software systems to the leisure industry.

I signed up with Zonel for many of their products with the intention of rolling them out over all my restaurants and bars. The systems just do no work as well as others and the support is a joke. They are rude and their knowledge of the products is often less than my own. DO NOT pay for their apps, they always have bugs and my app currently takes customers money from their accounts but does not actually process the orders. So it looks like we are just stealing from the customers. This has go on for over a year and they have not and will not fix it. If I could turn back time, I would not go near this company. Some really good people work there, but scratch beneath the surface and the rest just don't care unless you a spoons or one of the big boys. I hope the current times financially teaches them a lesson to look after all their customers not just a select few. I am genuinely consulting solicitors regarding taking legal action as they have taken thousands from me and never provided me with a working APP and other products. I have not take this decision lightly and as stated, given them years to resolve the problems. Further advice, all their systems are available, cheaper, faster and with better support from most other IPAD based software companies and they don't leave you hanging when you need them.

As a current analyst in the Helpcentre I can confirm that it’s not a nice place to work

Utter rubbish and will plonk various tills piggy backed off the clients phones. Then just set their own IP range which causes tills to fail all to send out Zonal engineers who run off site so quickly they don’t even assist. Zero documentation on their setup to make it possible for the customer to know what is where and a helpdesk who can’t be bothered to help beyond booking onsite engineers who are no help.
