Fantastic grooming service, Katie is so patient with our toy poodle Rocco who has a previously bad experience at another grooming parlour. He’s looking cute and fluffy as ever!!

First groom visit and really happy with the result. All requests were listened too and pip looks fab and can see there is real attention to detail. Pup was treated with care and love. Was also able to book with a week notice which is so rare! Will be going back for sure

My two white fluffy long-haired dogs badly needed grooming when they came in. But they were transformed when I picked them up after all the care they received! Sparkling clean, beautifully brushed out, trimmed and tidy. And they seemed happy and calm. I am impressed and so pleased, will certainly come back for more.

OH WOW … didn’t even know this incredible grooming service existed and so close to my home. Katie was recommended to me and my two doodles have always been groomed at home so I was a bit apprehensive but no need. They look adorable and I’m so happy to have found someone that clearly loves dogs as much as I do. Katie is clearly passionate and highly professional about what she does. Such a terrific experience and I’m over the moon as are my big cuddly doodles. Thank you so much xxx

I read the reviews of the Pooch Luna before I took my 3 month old puppy to Kate. As I live in Golders Green it was convenient too.However the experience I had was very different to the reviews I read on Google reviews .I took a puppy package @ £135 for 3 sessions and was booked with Kate directly via text messages as she was on Holiday.The first sessions was done by her assistant Helen , and she was wonderful with my puppy as it was his first grooming experience. The second visit was also done by one of the assistants AND it was a great DISAPPOINTMENT . He was in and out of the grooming parlour under 40mts.Given the assistants are wonderful individuals , I realised the lack of support they had on a day to day basis. I had not seen or met Kate on both visits which was 5 weeks apart. Hence I went personally to meet Kate and expressed my concerns.As agreed , Kate was there in person for the third visit. When I discussed my concerns, she listened to me and then said my 3.5 month old puppy has behavioural problems..Experienced groomer like Kate had concerns about the behaviour of this pedigree puppy from a reputable breeder who is also under training, made me realise that Pooch Luna is not suitable for my puppy.When I booked with Kate, I did inform her that my puppy was 3 months old, and this was his first grooming session. Also, that he is under training.I discussed Kate’s concern with the Vet, trainer & the breeder. I was told my puppy is just being a puppy…..The sad situation is that Kate only met my puppy for the first time that day. However, on both visits, the assistants gave me positive feedback about my puppy and was happy to see him. They never expressed any concerns.Hence, I was foolish to believe the reviews. Having said that Helen was excellent with my puppy.Kate, informed me that ongoing grooming costs will be £65 per session and has several grooming packages. I requested her to text me and just left. I had no intention on taking my puppy to Pooch Luna.If you are taking your puppy for the first time to Pooch Luna because it’s a convenient location and the reviews sound great….., then, my experience will help you understand what to expect.As puppies young as 3.5 months are learning to navigate in the human environment and when a groomer who is experienced makes a snap judgement, then it’ says a lot about the groomer’s attitude to your pet.

After a bad experience with her previous groomer, Bella was cautious and very nervous about being groomed. Katie and the staff at Pooch Luna understood completely and have been so professional at handling her. They have won her over. Thank you to the team at Pooch Luna, it is great to know our Bella is in good hands.

We had a great experience at Pooch Luna! They did a beautiful grooming on our toy poodle, Ginger, and they were so kind and caring of her. We made our next appointment before leaving because we’ll definitely return here regularly.

Lovely groom for our cavapoo Zingy. Katie is wonderful and easy to communicate with regarding bookings and Zingy always comes back happy and smelling + looking amazing. Would highly recommend

Katie always does such a wonderful job on our schnoodle - he always comes back looking super fresh and smart! Not only that, Katie really treats each dog like one of her own and I always know that Rafa will be truly taken care of - not just from a groom point of view, but also with love and cuddles. Rafa is always so bouncing and excited to see Katie that I know he just loves her! Wonderful service all round from a fab groomer, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
