I’m very surprised I’m giving 5 stars as I’ve been trying to get a badly fitted floor sorted for over a year. However it’s under new management and Elaine has been amazing. I spoke to her early in May and the new flooring was fitted today. I also want to praise the 2 fitters Daryl and Josh, they worked with barely a break. Impressive in this heat and tidied up after themselves.After vowing not to shop with them again we are now panning on getting our bedroom carpets from them.

Good quality flooring reasonably priced whether it be carpet or vinyl or artificial turf good customer service friendly staff I highly recommend I bought a few pieces and had no issues they also visit and measure your floors

Salesman fixed a price with me for some laminate and we agreed on a day for a purchase. On the day I was faced up to the manager who started arguing with us that the salesperson was uninformed. And then proceeded to tell us that we have a bad attitude for explaining the situation. These people have no understanding and are pride themselves for their arrogance.

OK so Stocks is not the most glamorous of places. If you want that then hop on up to somewhere like Tapi and pay double the price for exactly the same product.....Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. No hard sell, simple, half the price of well known national companies, and the products are exactly the same. Just without the frills.

Ordered a new carpet from this store, allowed to browse round all the carpets on show. We where offered help if needed. Ordered our new carpet and it was delivered and fitted by Shaun and Kev. The work was completed quickly and on time. Good service. Margaret and Hamish.
