Elm Row Post Office

My partner was sending an old phone for a Google trade-in after buying a new phone. They told him they couldn't give him a receipt, stupidly he said that's fine, and we're pretty sure they just stole the phone. It's been over a month.

Lose the will to live whenever I enter this post office. Never get a hello, please or thankyou despite being a regular customer. Not going in again. The post office at Waverly mall is much better.

Lady at the post office bit was busy so I waited patiently, she apologised, it was no worries at all. Then her Dad came up in a grump, didn’t speak and gestures to my card and then said “ID” I gave him my driving license and started to explain that I have redirected my post and that the card isn’t the same number, he ignored me and walked off (still in a grump). After not finding my post he came back and I tried to explain to him again that the number is different and showed him my email on my phone, he then took my phone off me which shocked me and then he walked away, still not saying anything to me! He came back with my post and my phone (I was still in shock!) and told me I had a fee to pay (no problem as I knew about that). I know everyone has bad days, but the mannerism he had I think is unacceptable, especially as his daughter was very polite, he has let the shop down and there was no need to.

I was looking for this post office address to pickup a delivery. I went and found it and even i didn't find what i went there for, the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and they really are the type ones that are genuinely make you feel to visit them at any time when you need to use post office. I highly recommend them.

I handed in a mobile phone to return to seller, on the 14th of January 2023. It's now 07.02.2023 if I hadn't checked my bank acc I wouldn't be any the wiser, the seller still hasn't received it nor have I received my £155.00 ,I handed it to the p.o I asked the teller for proof of postage or a receipt, his reply was you don't need it for this package. So I left the shop with my friend. Now I have no chance of getting a refund nor the phone back thanks to the incompetence of that teller. The guy on that day was short,wore black glasses sort of fattish ,and very rude manner he wasn't for helping any of the customers including me, I'm going to the p.o 8/2/23 to see if I can speak to the owner or manager, if I don't get anywhere im going to the police as far as im concerned that theft. Look out for update on this p.o

The least helpful business I have ever stepped into. Refuses packages so theres no point sending anything here since it will only turn up in a few months or so...

I like the service here. I always complain if something is wrong. Here is nothing to complain about. Excellent.

Profoundly rude service. I asked to send a letter and wasnt even looked at as the man continued to talk to his collegue. Rarely do I walk out of a place, business unfinished, but I did. Royal mail it is truly a shame this outlet gets to represent you.
