Chaotic, no queue line, so it’s a free for all. Have some good stock sometimes, but it’s rare you can get matching tracksuits, usually have to get the other part online or from another store. Store comes across grubby.

Rude staff on tills, didn’t allow me to return a top which had a mark on it which I saw when I get home, but are happy to sell it like that.

A decent shop but very cluttered, not a lot of space to go around. The area for the tills needs a rethink. Otherwise selections are not too bad.

Disappointing Customer Service ExperienceI recently visited JD's, and I must say I was quite disappointed with the customer service. The staff exhibited a concerning level of rudeness and aggression during my interaction. It was clear that they lacked the essential skills needed to communicate effectively with customers. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope JD's can address these issues to create a more welcoming atmosphere for their patrons.

Click and collect was very slow. Didn’t even get a message from them to say my parcel was there. I just had a funny feeling so went and asked and when they took my order number they was like ohh yh one sec it’s here... so my parcel wasn’t even scanned when it arrived into their store. The manager was being very loud so didn’t even raise my concern in store. Very weird how my trainers where there exclusives high dunks and they had not scanned my trainers to please collect when ready. Seems like they a holding on first release stock for themselves leaving the customer without

I only go here for shoes, the rest of the merchandise is for those wanna be big men/ladies of the road. Some of the staff are rude too, they just want your money, but they must not realize they will be out of work when everything is bought or sold online.

The staff here have no clue what's going on. They have 3 people standing at the door while one person serves at the checkout. I went in on my lunch break today spent 15minutes waiting in a queue and I was number 2 in the queue! The service was so slow! So I dumped my stuff and left the store!I tried again on my second break only to get there and the till was unmanned. I waited to be served for 5 minutes, nobody came. I then asked an assistant if anyone was serving she just looked me dead in the eye and said I don't know" and carried on tidying... what kind of staff have you got working here???Last time I shop at this store every time I come here it's really bad service. If this was my store some of these kids wouldn't last a week! Just bone idle!"
