A lovely dedicated lady who takes great pride in her wonderful work. I very strongly recommend her to do your alterations. Did a very tricky taking up of my granddaughters fishtail prom dress. She was, so delighted with the results and the lady looked delighted for her. Absolutely marvellous

Irina has altered a dress and coat for me. Both alterations have been great!

My wedding dress designer recommended Irina at Just Sew for the alterations - my dress has six layers including 3d lace, which had to be taken up from the waist, removing and re-stitching the individual flowers by hand. She also closed the low cut neckline perfectly - you’d never know it wasn’t originally like that, and I only needed the one fitting for it to be made perfect for me. We had every confidence Irina would do the best job possible and were blown away when we saw the finished dress - she is highly skilled and well worth the four hour round trip from where we live in Surrey.

A dreadful experience , couldn’t believe a new zip could cause such a bad outcome on a brand new dress, as a customer I had the right to point this out as I clearly wasn’t going to be told about it. This didn’t go down well, I was shouted at that she wasn’t guilty several times and told to leave the shop! Clearly only nice if everything goes to plan! Offered to pay something but was told to get out and that it was the fabric of the dress that was the problem, it might have been useful to be told this at some point! Will never be stepping foot in there again awful customer service and did not appreciate the raised voice and lack of understanding! The trousers were good and I was prepared to pay the high cost for them but she would not accept payment !

I have been to Just Sew several times over the last few years for various clothes alterations on clothes. I have always been extremely pleased with the results. Irina is a skilled and professional seamstress and also welcoming and friendly. She works so hard to achieve the desired result. I hope she continues to do what she does for many years to come, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

My daughter had her Prom Dress altered recently by Irina. We were in a rush to find somewhere and luckily we found a lovely shop called Just Sew Room, Eastbourne. Irina ensured the Prom dress was altered within a day. Her work is outstanding and she is extremely friendly and polite and the prices are very good too. I would recommend her to everyone and will definitely be having all my alterations done at her shop.

Irina did an wonderful job at altering my wedding dress my height as well as adjusting the back of my dress for perfect fit which was no easy task as dress was filled with lace which she had to detach from chiffon and reapply. She was available for me to do multiple fitting and kind and receptive when it came to altering the back of dress for fit to ensure it was done just as I wanted. She was also lovely enough to alter the groomsmen's suits the week of the wedding as the groomsmen flew in just a few days before the big day . Everything fit perfectly and added to the day being non stress!
