I had a viewing planned on a flat with this agency. They send me an incomplete address. I called them two times asking for the full address, they promised to come back to me, they never did. 40 minutes before the viewing (around 17.50), I tried to call again, they rejected my calls.I did manage to find the building walking around and checking with the pictures I found on the sale ad, the estate agent never showed up.Such a shame and a waste of time!!!
