I took the online Domestic Energy Assessment course with Elmhurst in February 2023. The course delivery was excellent and provided all the information required to complete the assessment portfolio. Coursework was marked promptly with feedback

Just attended an excellent all-day programme/seminar online. Normally I would fall asleep on such courses but I was kept awake thanks to the trainer! Elmhurst have always provided excellent training, resources and support.

We have just had the most efficient EPC service from Ian Wherratt of Elmhurst Energy, who went out of his way to fit to our schedule and produced the necessary EPC within 2 working days from visit to upload. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend to anyone.

Hi I have been in contact with one of your listed assesors. When asked how soon can I get the certificate. He said he can give it whilst in the property? I thought it takes around 48 hours to produce one as by your website? Please confirm that its not bogus, because I don't want to pay someone who is doing fraud

Seriously gone down in my estimations, although I found the U value competency course good, since then their service is nothing but short of appalling, its been nearly two months and they have still not marked my test papers, I have been fobbed off on the phone twice telling me they have a back log, I have emailed again for an update but have had no reply, I tried to call the technical support team for the U value software and was on hold for 45 mins, a message kept saying if you don't wish to hold put the phone down and we will call you back, I was reluctant do so and choose to stay on hold for 45mins, in the end I had no option but to hang up and hope they would return my call, which they did not do, the only reason I gave two stars was because I thought the course and trainer were very good, besides that I would rate everything else with zero stars, i'm only writing this review in the hope they actually care what people think and might actually respond to me, my suggestion would be to search for an alternative training provider, one who doesn't just take your money for the course and leave you high and dry afterwards when you need support or updates on the progress of your test cases. Shame on you Elmhurst.

Spent five days doing my classroom training to become a DEA and I was really impressed both by the venue, the quality of the training and the friendliness of the staff.

We had Mark Arnold as an EPC assessor. He was rude, hostile, and abrupt. There’s more warmth in an ice cube. He made assumptions rather than asking questions and left the house just calling out, I’m finished. I definitely don’t recommend.

This is for EPC assesors, i was recommended by my course to use elmhurst acreditation and i did and my god dealing with people who do not know their job. They wanted me to re lodge a cert which i did and just to be sure i contacted their so called support and the support told me to change something minor whuich i did and the so called auditor failed me again saying you should have changed that? STAY AWAY AS THESE PEOPLE DONT HAVE COMPETENT AUDITORS OR ADVISORS.

Elmhurst are a joy to be affiliated with. This excellent organisation offers everything for any budding energy assessor, all of the support, training and mentoring you could ever need. The ongoing training and support is perfectly measured and I really do appreciate everything this company does, especially to support women in the industry. This company is responsible and inclusive, which not many organisations can genuinely boast.
