FedEx Express - TNT Depot

Use less service. Care less drivers. Theywere suppose to deliver my parcel and then says unable to deliver. I arranged next day then. Again same thing yesterday on top of that driver took a picture of my letter and upload on theor portal to show that they have tried to deliver. But they haven’t. Shame on you fedex.

Really bad service, bad customer service. Virtual assisstant is more then useless. 0 chance of speaking with an actual human in regards to my parcel.Was supossed to get my parcel yesterday Monday, last updated tracking was on Saturday - no other updates since.Very bad experience.

Please don’t use this service. It will go missing and you cannot even contact them.

Really bad experience with TNT service. Waiting from last 2 days for my BRP card delivery. Delivery guy left the door without ringing door bell.

Drivers claiming they tried to deliver and uploading pictures of the building. Flat never buzzed/no doorbell rang. Now it's the 4th time I have to redeliver. Already wrote a complaint on their website. Still awaiting a reply.

The worst shipment service I had in my life, they came several time without call me or leaving a message. I’m going to refund my order from the company and ask for another shipment company.

Since Friday my parcel is, waiting delivery only 1 mile away and now they de ode to return back to company. Great, service

TNT/FedEx they take your money and do what they want. Tracking shows a phantom delivery attempt. I was home no-one came no calling card was left. Call them they said it’s happing next day. Next day come I start calling them from 8am every hour. No one knows when or how. They can’t speak to the depot they can only message them and the depot ignores them. This is beyond infuriating and ridiculous! It’s a scam created to take your money and do what they want. Customer service have no clue. Talked to a few of them and no one knows what to do. Or they can’t do anything about it! Unbelievable.DO NOT USE. Save your money and stress.

Awful service. How are they even running? 2 attempted deliveries later and I'm still waiting. Both times the driver didn't turn up and said that I wasn't at home.
