Worst .. just taken my money and did nothing.. so sad

After years of neglecting my mac, the lovely and professional staff took a look at my machine and made it like brand new. They kept me informed every step of the way, and at a reasonable price too! If my mac child feels sick again, I will make sure to stop by again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I brought in my liquid damaged MacBook Pro in January 2020. They took it in for diagnostics which took around a week. When I went back to pick it up I was told there’s no point repairing it would cost more to fix and I might as well buy a new laptop. He was very insistent and knew that I had already been to Apple and stormfront who also said that there was no point in repairing the device. I took the laptop and stored it away. Fast forward a few years I recently took it to a close family friend who works for Apple to have a look at. He told me that working parts of the device had been stolen. Apparently this is a common practice from third party repair shops. I know that it was this place that stole the parts as I had only ever gone to Apple themselves and trusted Apple retailers (stormfront who I purchased the laptop from). I was charged for the “diagnostics test” and now I’m left with a MacBook which needs repaired AND needs new parts. My only regret is not keeping the receipt as proof. (Please note I’m positing this from my husband’s account incase you try and say you don’t have my name on record) total con artists.

I highly recommend this repair store. They are competent enough to repair all the apple devices. I had been told that my pc was irreparable due to a liquid damage. Once I took it to this store, they changed a simple chip and my Mac now is running more than before!!!! Husseih has excellent customer service skills and he was really kind and helpful!!! Big thanks to all the team and the owner Zack!!!
