My husband found Shutter King through Facebook and we were completely impressed with Anton’s professionalism and customer service from the beginning.We booked a free quotation to which Anton was efficient and punctual and on meeting him for the first time was a really genuine nice guy. Anton brought along samples of the different coloured blinds too.We received the quotation back very quickly and the pricing was fair and transparent so we went ahead with the order.Anton kept us informed of the dates they were being made and the date he would be able to fit them and so it went ahead as planned.On the day he had Connor help him with fitting all 5 shutters (for front of the house) and their customer service and manner is second to none.We are so happy with the shutter blinds they finish the rooms perfectly, and so Anton has now measured and ordered more blinds for the back of our house.We would like to thank Anton & Connor for your services and the above-and-beyond assistance you provided.We have recommended your business to friends and family and believe a few people have already booked orders with Shutter King.Much appreciated and look forward to seeing you in a few weeks with our second order.Bianca & Max Robins

Dear anton,I am writing to express my utmost disappointment with the blind installation service provided by your representative, Anton. I had initially contacted your company three months ago, seeking to have a blind installed at my property. Anton was assigned to handle my request, and he seemed enthusiastic and keen to assist.However, my experience with Anton quickly turned sour. Despite his initial assurances and promises, he continuously made excuses for the delay in installing the blind. Each time I followed up, he had a different reason, ranging from supply issues to logistical problems. It became increasingly evident that Anton's commitment to fulfilling his responsibilities was lacking, and this has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my part.Finally, after waiting for three long months, Anton informed me that the blind had been ordered and would be installed soon. Regrettably, this turned out to be another empty promise, as he ultimately let me down by failing to show up for the installation as scheduled. I am deeply disappointed by his unprofessional conduct and the lack of communication.I have entrusted your company with my blind installation needs, and the service provided by Anton has been nothing short of unreliable and unprofessional. We originally looked around for the most competitive pricing and found that Anton blew all others out of the park. Across the industry there is a long lead time to get the shutters, but we weren't disappointed when they got here.It was all sized up and ready to fit and they look absolutely amazing. It really helps open up the living room and allow for the light to come through the bay window.Anton and his team are all incredibly professional, great with timekeeping and just all-round great people! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get shutters fitted.
