Great service from Aaron who spends considerable time ensuring every aspect and detail is installed professionally and correctly.Following a total zinc roof failure within 3 years of the original roof being installed on a new self build house it seems that a zinc guarantee is difficult to utilize if different parties used in the construction of the roof build up and a separate zinc contractor used for the final roof installation. We had site meetings at the time of our original roof build and no issues identified at any point and the original contractor never visited our site following the failure and yet stood by the claim that what we did was correct and what his company did was also correct.Thankfully we had a self build warranty and the issues were clearly identified by our new roofing contractor Aaron (owner of Gradient Roofing). Aaron took full responsibility of all aspects of the roof rebuild along with the final top zinc dressing.If a zinc roof is not installed correctly major failure issues can happen ridiculously quickly and with our roof we had serious water ingress coming through the full roof within 3 years.You pay your money and take your chances though would suggest using a firm such as Gradient Roofing with Aaron where they can take responsibility for all aspects (and not just the zinc work) and providing a warranty so that if an issue were to happen there should be clear ownership.I would definitely recommend Aaron.
